Pretty decent spot, Comfortable beds Rooms are nothing fancy but adequate. Bring your own electric outlet converters if not from EU. Good shower pressure. Location is in the middle of most of Nothern Ireland tourist destinations, so you never have to drive very far, but you do have to drive everywhere for some time.

I love it when I am able to return to my childhood home for a short while. So the hotel is central to all my family. the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel was great as was the Alcohol (not that I drink much). so a 10/10 from me.

Usual clean, comfortable and un-fussy HI Express experience. Staff friendly and helpful. Well placed for the International airport (10-15 minute drive) and Belfast Harbour about 30 minutes away. Adjacent to retail park with restaurants and shopping. Big Asda close by too. You need a car if you are staying here.

Hotel has really friendly local staff, it is in a great location, walking distance to town as well as train station for connecting to Belfast. Rooms are far too hot with no air conditioning. Food prices look high but are great quality and great portions.

Right by a retail park and within walking distance to dining places. £10 Uber ride from Belfast international airport, which took just over 10 min. Room was a little tight for a family of 4, breakfast was good.

The hotel itself was great, clean with helpful staff. Our family room was very cramped, for two adults and two children I expected more space. It led to a very uncomfortable night's sleep for us all.

It's a lovely hotel in a fabulous location. All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. Our room was clean. The only issue I would highlight was that the sofa bed was too small for 2 children, so we had to make up another bed on the floor. Staff were great in providing more bedding, and our children were fighting over who got to sleep on the floor. Very popular with coach parties. There are lots of choices for breakfast and a fantastic coffee machine.

Front desk staff in the evening and in the morning were very pleasant... Mattresses need to be replaced as we were in a group of three. My wife and I sank in the middle of the mattress, and she decided to go sleep with my son's sofa bed with him.
